Gleason and Liebherr CNC hobbers cut modules 0.3–20 mn to Ø 1,200 mm. Shapers handle internal gears, clusters, and shoulder-tight geometries hobs can't reach.
FINISHING
Reishauer continuous-generation grinding restores post-heat-treat accuracy to AGMA 12 / DIN 3, with crowning and tip relief dialed per application.
HEAT TREATMENT
Ipsen vacuum furnaces run case hardening, through hardening, and nitriding in-house — recipes tuned to each gear's geometry to minimize distortion before grinding.
PROOF
A climate-controlled lab with Klingelnberg gear analyzers and Mitutoyo CMMs measures lead, profile, pitch, and runout — data archived with every serialized lot.
The workhorse. Straight-cut teeth for pumps, actuators, and timing drives — efficient, simple, and cheap to maintain. We hold AGMA 12 on ground spur sets up to Ø 1,200 mm.
Angled teeth for quiet, high-load transmissions. Crowning and lead corrections are ground in to match your housing deflections — send the FEA, we'll match it.
Straight and spiral bevel sets for 90° power turns — lapped in matched pairs and shipped with contact-pattern photos in the box.
High-ratio, self-locking drives for hoists, valves, and positioners. Bronze wheels cut and matched to case-hardened steel worms in-house.
