Ordering & Lead Times
The questions every buyer asks first
  • Stock gears ship in 2–5 business days. Made-to-print work runs 3–6 weeks depending on heat-treatment and grinding scope; expedites are available on open capacity.

Engineering & Materials

What materials do you machine?

Carburizing steels (8620, 9310), through-hardening steels (4140, 4340), stainless (17-4 PH, 303), bronze, and engineering plastics like POM and PEEK.

What quality levels can you hold?

AGMA 12 / DIN 3 on ground gears; AGMA 8–10 is typical for hobbed-only work.

Is heat treatment done in-house?

Yes — vacuum carburizing, through hardening, and nitriding all run on our own furnaces.

What's your maximum gear size?

Ø 1,200 mm outside diameter, module 20 mn; the smallest we cut is module 0.3.

Do you build complete gearbox assemblies?

Yes — planetary and parallel-shaft assemblies, spin-tested on our own rigs before shipment.

Will you sign our NDA?

Every day. Send yours, or ask for our mutual template.
